Questions from firms
FAQ
Do I need to change how I work with my clients?
No. Your accounting engagement continues as it does today. You recommend maERP when it meets a client need, and TinyCIO handles the implementation.
Is it compatible with my independence as an advisor?
Yes, as long as the client knows you are a paid partner. It is a program requirement: no hidden commissions. The client signs with TinyCIO and sees the price.
Who invoices the client?
TinyCIO invoices the implementation and subscriptions directly. You invoice TinyCIO for your confirmed commissions, and your client for your own engagement, as usual.
Can I train my client’s staff?
Yes, once you hold the TRN capability and when training is a package in the project’s approved plan. Your pool share then follows the weight of that package.
How long does it take to become Certified?
It depends on your pace: exam, shadow project and practical sign-off for a first specialist, then signing the Partnership Agreement.
