Are you a 1C or web developer? Bring any project. We deliver it, and the margin is split 50/50.
For developers, project managers, architects, freelancers and small teams. You keep your business; TinyCIO signs with the client, delivers with its team and pays you half of the margin every month.
Margin = client payments excl. tax − project costs − flat overhead. A sample calculation, not a promise of income.

Questions
Margin sharing
What exactly is the margin?
Client payments excluding tax, minus contributor hours at their rates, minus the direct costs of this project (licenses, hosting, purchases, bank fees), minus 15 % overhead set in the contract.
What if a month is a loss?
Your share is zero. TinyCIO carries the loss: it is not billed to you and is not deducted from later months.
How long does the sharing last?
For the whole life of the project, until it is closed. Each project is an initiative in the TinyCIO hub. A new project for the same client is registered again: the share goes to whoever brings it.
Can I work on the project?
Yes. You are paid by the hour as a contributor; that cost goes into the margin calculation, and your 50 % share comes on top.
Can I combine it with the 10 % originator fee?
No. A client or project follows a single model: 30/10/60 for a product implementation, or margin sharing. The model is chosen at registration.
Who sees what?
You see payments received, costs by category and the calculation. Individual contributor rates stay confidential; one joint review per year is possible.
I am already a TinyCIO client or contributor. Can I become a partner?
Yes, without losing your current role. The partner portal is added to your account.
